Return for Product Quality Issues

    If the user receives the product and has not used it, and discovers a quality issue within 7 days and cannot solve it by sending accessories for replacement on their own; a refund is supported.

    If the buyer does not use the "Return Form" provided by our company for return, the buyer is responsible for the courier fee and warehouse operation fee of 15 euros (there is a risk that the courier may be rejected by the warehouse).

   For product quality issue returns, the return can only be made after our company confirms and agrees.

Other Notes on Returns

     For returns by home pick-up, buyers should provide the exact date and address for home pick-up 2 working days in advance. Please prepare the goods and accessories to be returned in advance (note that regardless of whether the pick-up is successful, the logistics company will charge a service fee based on the number of pick-ups).

    For returns by self-delivery to a branch, please notify us one working day in advance and provide accurate return information including: name, address, contact number, and email.

   Buyers should provide accurate delivery address information. If the package fails to be delivered due to incorrect buyer's address information, the inability of the courier to contact the buyer, or other abnormal situations such as a gated area at the delivery location, the buyer will be responsible for the return processing cost.

    If any information needs to be changed after the return slip is issued, the courier company will charge a fee. The standard fee for reissuing the slip is 5 euros per transaction (changing the slip involves risks. After changing the information, there is no guarantee that the delivery will be successful. Please confirm the delivery information before placing the order).

Notes for Returning Packages

    Please return all accessories and manuals. If any accessories are missing, the corresponding cost for sending accessories from abroad will need to be deducted.

    Please print out the return form and affix it on the outer box. The return form must completely cover the original shipping and courier form. Arrange for six-sided photos of the package outside to prevent abnormal scanning by the courier, which may result in the package being returned by the sender midway.
   
    For returns by self-delivery from the collection point, starting from the day the return form is received, the buyer must send the returned items within 7 working days and provide the delivery voucher. If the return is overdue, our company has the right to refuse the buyer's refund request.

    For returns by pick-up at the store, starting from the day the requirements are confirmed, the buyer must make an appointment with the courier to deliver the package to the courier and provide the delivery voucher within 7 working days. If the package is not delivered on time, our company has the right to refuse the buyer's refund request. If the buyer's time is not available, it is recommended to return by self-delivery from the collection point.

    After the returned package is handed over to the courier, please keep the delivery receipt signed by the courier (on the second page of the return form) and take photos to send back. (If there is a case of courier loss, the delivery receipt is required for claim.)

This return and after-sales clause applies to all products sold as of January 1, 2025. Products ordered before January 1, 2025 will continue to be covered by the after-sales terms previously agreed upon by both parties. If you have any questions, please contact us promptly.

    For returns due to quality issues, please sign upon receipt: "Damaged!" or "Refuse to accept." This will help us apply for compensation with the logistics company.
